HECO® SLIP 114 PP by HECOPLAST is an external slip and anti-blocking agent. It migrates to the surface slowly and forms a durable oleaginous layer with good slip and anti-blocking properties.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It reduces friction and adhesion of the mixture during the mixing process.</li>
<li>It is suitable for processing polypropylene in injection molding and extrusion.</li>
<li>It is added in the range of 1.5-4.0% depending on the desired properties.</li>
<li>HECO® SLIP 114 PP is approved by EU (VO) No. 10/2011 and US FDA.</li>
<li>It has shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> HECO® SLIP 103 PO by HECOPLAST is a slip, demolding and antistatic additive. It reduces the viscosity, increases the flow ability of the polymer melt and enhances the mold release properties.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It migrates to the surface of the plastic during and after the production, which provides an anti-static effect.</li>
<li>It is suitable for processing various polymers such as polyolefins, polyamides, polyesters, polycarbonates and polyvinylchloride in injection molding and extrusion.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.3-1.5% depending on the desired properties.</li>
<li>It complies with EU (VO) No. 10/2011 and US-FDA.</li>
<li>HECO® SLIP 103 PO has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> HECO® SLIP 140 PO by HECOPLAST acts primarily as an internal slip agent. It is also used as demolding additive in non-polar plastics and lubricant by reducing the shear forces that occur. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It migrates to the surface of the molded part and reduces adhesion to metal parts in plastics. </li>
<li>It is suitable for processing various polymers such as polyolefins, PP, PA, PS, polyester and POM in injection molding and extrusion. </li>
<li>Its recommended dosage is added in the range of 0.2–1.0% depending on the
desired properties. </li>
<li>Due to its high melting point, it is also suitable for applications where a certain temperature is to be expected. </li>
<li>It complies with EU (VO) No. 10/2011 and US-FDA. </li>
<li>HECO® SLIP 140 PO has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> HECO® FOAM 970 PO by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating
agent. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers, including polyethylene and polypropylene in injection molding. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% depending on the desired properties. </li>
<li>It complies with EU (regulation) No. 10/2011 and US-FDA. </li>

<li>HECO® SLIP 161 PP has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> HECO® NOX 650 CYC by HECOPLAST acts as an antioxidant. It protects against thermal aging that can lead to discoloration or even loss of usability. It is a long-term thermo-stabilizer for recycling applications. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for processing polyolefin and polyethylene in injection molding and extrusion. </li>
<li>This is particularly important for processes that use recycled materials in a closed-loop system. </li>
<li>It specifically slows down undesirable oxidative decomposition processes. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 1.0-4.0% depending on the desired properties. </li>
<li>HECO® NOX 650 CYC has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> HECO® FOAM 910 BIO by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for biopolymers such as polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene succinate (PBS) in injection molding, extrusion and direct gassing. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Recommended dosage level is 1.0-2.0% for extrusion (weight reduction), 0.3-0.5% for injection molded parts to avoid sink marks, 0.2-1.2% for cell regulation and nucleation and 1.0-2.5% for weight reduction.</li>
<li>HECO® FOAM 910 BIO has a shelf life of 12 months.</li> HECO® ELAST 705 PO by HECOPLAST is an impact modifier. It has polyolefin plastomer an active agent. It significantly improves the elasticity and flexibility. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It enhances the flow properties and transparency of polyolefins.</li>
<li>It is suitable for processing of polyethylene and polypropylene in injection molding, extrusion and extrusion blow molding.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 5.0-25.0 % depending on the desired properties.</li>
<li>HECO® ELAST 705 PO complies with EU (regulation) No. 10/2011 and US FDA.</li>
<li>It has shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> HECO® STAB 372 PP by HECOPLAST is a light stabilizer masterbatch. It is suitable for polypropylene articles under extreme climatic conditions. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is based on a sterically hindered amine, which prevents radical polymer degradation initiated by UV light. </li>
<li>It protects the plastic to be processed from UV light exposure. </li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 1.0-10.0%. </li>
<li>HECO® STAB 372 PP has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> HECO® FOAM 980 PO by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers like polyamide in injection molding. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-1.0% for sink mark reduction and 1.0-3.0% for weight reduction. HECO® FOAM 980 PO has a shelf life of 12 months.
