PROCAPOL DMF by Greenchemicals is a chain extender and multifunctional additive. It is designed for PET fiber and strap production, offering enhanced processing efficiency and improved mechanical properties. It helps maintain intrinsic viscosity (i.v.), preventing degradation during processing, and significantly reduces filter changes, resulting in technical and economic benefits.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>By increasing fibrillation resistance along the drawing axis, it prevents fibrillating phenomena, ensuring better durability and structural integrity. </li> <li>It also enhances elastic recovery, preventing strap relaxation and maintaining dimensional stability. </li> <li>Additionally, it reduces breakage under longitudinal elongation, eliminating the "whip stroke" effect, which is particularly beneficial for security strapping applications.</li> <li>It also improves tear resistance and allows for the production of high-quality, anti-splitting straps, even when using post-consumer PET bottle flakes.</li> <li>PROCAPOL DMF should be used as a standard masterbatch, fed directly into the extruder hopper, and should never be dried with PET to ensure optimal performance. </li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 0.30%-0.50%, depending on thickness, initial intrinsic viscosity, and desired final properties, with compatibility exceeding 2%.</li></ul>

PROCAPOL MB-LDN

PROCAPOL MB-LDN by Greenchemicals is a processing aid and nucleating agent. It is designed to enhance the crystallization rate and mold release properties. Its addition ensures shorter cycle times, good mold filling and superior dimensional stability in both injection-molded and extruded articles.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It allows polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) molding at lower mold temperatures (80-90°C) while maintaining high heat deflection temperature (HDT). <li>In PBT fiber extrusion, PROCAPOL MB-LDN increases stiffness characteristics.</li> <li>Its optimized physical form allows easy handling and addition. </li> <li>It must be employed as a normal masterbatch, directly in the hopper of extruder or injection molding machine, never dried with polyesters.</li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 1.00-1.20%.</li></ul>
