Dynasylan® 9116

Dynasylan® 9116 by Evonik is a crosslinker based on a long chain alkyl functional hexadecyltrimethoxysilane. Used for the treatment of mineral fillers and pigments or inorganic surfaces in general (e.g. concrete, ATH, MDH). The long-chain alkyl functionality results in unique compound properties (better dispersion, high filler loadings, enhanced mechanical properties, reduced water uptake) when Dynasylan® 9116 treated fillers are incorporated into polymers e.g. polypropylene.

Dynasylan® GLYMO

Dynasylan® GLYMO by Evonik acts as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and/or surface modifier. It is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. Suitable for mineral filled composites, thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers. It can also improve processing properties like filler dispersion, rheological behavior (viscosity reduction), increased filler loading. Dynasylan® GLYMO offers improved color stability of end products as it is non yellowing and shelf life in polyurethanes over aminosilanes. It has a shelf life of minimum 12 months.

Dynasylan® 1505

Dynasylan® 1505 by Evonik is an amino-functional adhesion promoter. Used between organic polymers including thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers as well as inorganic materials like glass fibers, metals and fillers. Offers improved flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Dynasylan® 1505 provides good corrosion and moisture resistance.
