Dynasylan® 9116 by Evonik is a crosslinker based on a long chain alkyl functional hexadecyltrimethoxysilane. Used for the treatment of mineral fillers and pigments or inorganic surfaces in general (e.g. concrete, ATH, MDH). The long-chain alkyl functionality results in unique compound properties (better dispersion, high filler loadings, enhanced mechanical properties, reduced water uptake) when Dynasylan® 9116 treated fillers are incorporated into polymers e.g. polypropylene. Dynasylan® GLYMO by Evonik acts as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and/or surface modifier. It is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. Suitable for mineral filled composites, thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers. It can also improve processing properties like filler dispersion, rheological behavior (viscosity reduction), increased filler loading. Dynasylan® GLYMO offers improved color stability of end products as it is non yellowing and shelf life in polyurethanes over aminosilanes. It has a shelf life of minimum 12 months. Dynasylan® 1505 by Evonik is an amino-functional adhesion promoter. Used between organic polymers including thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers as well as inorganic materials like glass fibers, metals and fillers. Offers improved flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Dynasylan® 1505 provides good corrosion and moisture resistance. Dynasylan® DAMO-T by Evonik is a coupling agent based on a bifunctional organosilane. Also functions as a crosslinker and surface modifier. Dynasylan® DAMO-T is used between organic polymers and inorganic materials including glass fibers, metals and fillers. Dynasylan® 6490 by Evonik acts as an excellent compatibilizer between inorganic fillers (e.g.kaolin , MDH , ATH) and organic polymers (e.g EPDM , EVA , PE). Offers improved filler dispersion and good processability. Exhibits improved chemical resistance, higher impact strength and higher abrasion resistance. Dynasylan® GLYEO by Evonik functions as a coupling agent between organic polymers and inorganic materials like glass fibers, metals and fillers. It is a bifunctional organosilane. Dynasylan® GLYEO is also used as a crosslinker and surface modifier. Dynasylan® 1124 is an adhesion promoter by Evonik. Used as a surface modifier and also suggested for chemical modification. Suitable for inorganic materials including glass, metals and fibers as well as organic polymers including thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. Also recommended for phenolic, furane and melamine resins, mineral filled composites. Offers good flexural, tensile & impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Compatible with PA, PBT, PC, EVA, modified PP, PVB, PVAC, PVC, acrylates and silicones. Improves high filler loading as well as reduces viscosity and Newtonian behavior. Provides moisture & corrosion resistance as well as durability at high temperature and humidity. It is registered with NDSL, TSCA, IECSC, ECL, EINECS/ ELINCS, AICS, NZIoC and PICS inventories. Dynasylan® 1124 has a shelf life of 12 months and added at a dosage rate of 2-4 %wt. Dynasylan® VTEO by Evonik functions as a crosslinking agent based on an bifunctional organosilane. Suitable for both inorganic materials and organic polymers including thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers. Designed for cable isolation and hot water/ sanitary pipes. Improves tear and crack resistance. Dynasylan® VTEO exhibits good chemical and abrasion resistance. Dynasylan® 40 by Evonik acts as a crosslinker in cold-curing silicone rubber systems. Used in conjunction with alkylsilanes, organofunctional silanes and organic precursors. it is suitable as a material for sol-gel processes. Dynasylan® P by Evonik acts as a crosslinking agent for silicones. It can be used as a precursor for inorganic binders and as basic ingredient in sol-gel formulations. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Dynasylan® P is registered with EINCECS/ ELINCS, AICS, DSL/ NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, ECL and REACH.
