Dabco® 1028

Dabco® 1028 by Evonik is an amine catalyst. It improves the cream time and provides improved flowability while maintaining fast demolding. It is highly reactive and selective towards the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Shows increased processing flexibility.</li><li>Dabco® 1028 is used in shoe soles.</li></ul>

Dabco® DC1

Dabco® DC1 by Evonik is a high performance hybrid metal/amine catalyst.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides very good hydrolytic stability.</li><li>It gives a back-end cure similar to a tin catalyst and a similar working time as an amine catalyst.</li><li>It can be used in flexible molded polyurethane foams and is particularly suitable for NVH applications.</li><li>Dabco® DC1 is also used for polyurethane.</li></ul>

Dabco® T-131

Dabco® T-131 by Evonik is a high-activity organotin gelation catalyst used in a broad range of polyurethane foam and elastomer formulations.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It was specially developed to provide delayed-action catalysis of the urethane polymerization or gelling reaction.</li><li>By delaying the gelation of the urethane reaction, an extended time period is obtained versus that currently available with most tin catalyst systems.</li><li>This delay in cream time allows increased foam rise, mold fill or material travel time, depending upon the processing method employed.</li><li>It is recommended for use in polyester slab stock foam, high resiliency flexible molded foam, and microcellular systems.</li><li>Dabco® T-131 is used in rigid spray foam applications.</li></ul>

Dabco® TMR-7

Dabco® TMR-7 by Evonik acts as a trimerization salt-based catalyst. It has minimum cure temperature at room temperature.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It contains no CMR substances.</li><li>It exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability.</li><li>It can be utilized in composite applications or as co catalyst in microcellular elastomers to reduce demold time.</li><li>Dabco® TMR-7 is recommended for the production of polyisocyanurate foam.</li></ul>

Dabco® T-125

Dabco® DC2

Dabco® DC2 by Evonik is a catalyst that provides delayed reaction initiation while maintaining a strong back end cure.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in flexible molded polyurethane foam.</li> <li>Dabco® DC2 enhances the cure of the system without significantly changing the front end of the reaction.</li></ul>

Dabco® T-12

Dabco® T-12 by Evonik acts as a catalyst-based on dibutyl tin dilaurate (DBTL). It is used in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams. It provides strong gel catalyst with moderate hydrolytic stability.

Dabco® 33-LX

It can be used as a one-to-one replacement for Dabco 33-LV® catalyst or as a three-to-one replacement for Dabco® crystalline catalyst in all foam formulations. Dabco® 33-LX has a strong influence on promoting the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in a variety of flexible and rigid foam applications.

Dabco® BDMA

Dabco® BDMA by Evonik is benzyldimethylamine catalyst. It promotes the urethane reaction and is commonly used in high-water rigid foam applications to reduce friability. It is also used for flexible slab stock foam applications.
