ANCAMINE® T by Evonik is a crosslinking agent based on N-(2-hydroxy ethyl)diethylene triamine. Acts as an ambient or elevated temperature curing agent for use with liquid epoxy resins. Possesses light color, low viscosity, high reactivity and reduced skin irritation compared with unmodified aliphatic amines. ANCAMINE® T is used in electrical potting and encapsulation. ANCAMINE® 2450 by Evonik is a cycloaliphatic amine crosslinker. Used in filament winding, wet lay-up laminating and potting compounds. Offers higher glass transition temperature. Possesses low viscosity and good toughness. ANCAMINE® 2014AS by Evonik is a modified polyamine curing agent. Used in composites and small potting applications. Offers long pot life. Provides rapid cure above their temperature of activation and good adhesion. ANCAMINE® DL50 by Evonik is a curing agent. It is a liquid mixture of aromatic amines based on methylenedianiline. It is recommended for laminating and filament winding, composite and pre-preg fabrication and casting & tooling. It offers increased crosslink density of a completely cured epoxy compared with methylenedianiline. ANCAMINE® DL50 aromatic, multifunctional curative is used to produce high-strength, chemically resistant, elevated temperature-tolerant epoxy parts. It provides excellent resistance to water, acid, alkalies and hydrocarbon solvents. Recommended shelf life is 60 months. ANCAMINE® 1922A by Evonik is a low viscosity, moderately reactive room temperature curing agent. Used in electrical potting and encapsulation. Imparts very good thermal shock resistance. Provides toughness and resiliency. Possesses good electrical properties and very low vapor pressure. ANCAMINE® 2264 by Evonik is epoxy curing agent. It exhibits some of the beneficial properties of both cycloaliphatic and aromatic amines. It is an ideal alternative to aromatic diamines in the elevated temperature cure of epoxy resins. It is suitable for filament winding, resin transfer molding and wet lay-up laminates processing. It offers excellent mechanical properties following elevated temperature cure. It shows good resistance against acids, alkali, water and hydrocarbon solvents when heat cured. It provides increased chemical resistance and faster cure. ANCAMINE® 2264 finds application in high-temperature pipes & fittings, wind blades and tanks. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Recommended dosage level is 30 phr. ANCAMINE® 1637-LV by Evonik is a rapid curing agent used in laminates. It is non-corrosive with rapid cure speed. It offers very good resistance to solvents, inorganic acids and water. ANCAMINE® 1110 by Evonik is dimethylaminomethylphenol-based catalyst. Designed for anhydride cures in castings and laminates and epoxy/polysulfide. ANCAMINE® 2167 by Evonik is a low-viscosity curing agent. It has both cycloaliphatic and aromatic character. It is an ideal alternative to aromatic diamines for the elevated temperature cure of epoxy resins. It offers higher tensile strength, improved toughness and elongation. It is suitable for processing by filament winding, resin transfer molding, tooling and casting. It has a shelf life of 24 months. ANCAMINE® 2167 has a recommended usage level of 28 phr. ANCAMINE® 2337S by Evonik is a modified aliphatic amine, a latent curing agent for epoxy resins. It offers very rapid reactivity, rapid green strength development and excellent shelf stability in undiluted resin at elevated temperatures. It provides good adhesion and easy dispersion in liquid resins. It is recommended as the sole curing agent or as a DICY co-cure accelerator with Ancamine® 2014AS and Ancamine® 2014FG. It is used in potting applications. Recommended shelf life is 24 months. it has a usage level of 45 phr at EEW=190.
