Formulators working on tire and rubber applications now have access to a regionally produced circular silica grade with verified mass balance content. 

Evonik, together with the Egesil Kimya team, has obtained ISCC Plus certification for its precipitated silica plant in Adapazarı, Turkey, its first certified silica site in the EMEA region. 

According to Evonik, the site has now begun commercial production of ULTRASIL® eCO, the company's circular silica based on recognized mass balance standards.
