EMEROX® is a range of bio-based polyols (70 - 100% range) by Emery Oleochemicals. They are used to manufacture a broad range of end products and applications including flexible foam, rigid foam and elastomers._x000D_

_x000D_ These products are based on renewable azelaic (C9 dibasic) acids and other naturally derived acids. EMEROX® polyols offer a high level of design freedom and can replace petroleum-based polyols. They offer enhanced performance properties, increased efficiencies and sustainability.

It exhibits excellent pentane compatibility and efficiency as well as low temperature insulation performance. It contains hydrophobic backbone for improved moisture resistance performance, solvent & good blowing agent compatibility and adhesion. It has high-renewable content and is based on renewable azelaic (C9 dibasic) acids and other naturally derived acids produced via proprietary process. It contains hydrophobic backbone for improved moisture resistance performance, solvent & blowing agent compatibility and adhesion. It offers low viscosity, predictability and ease of use. It demonstrates excellent compressive strength and dimensional stability properties compared to SG 360 polyether. Its function is similar to sucrose glycerin polyether polyols in typical rigid foam applications. EMEROX® 14270 is cost-effective replacement for petrochemical polyols.
