Optislip™ ER (Bead) by Cargill acts as an anti-block and slip agent in polyolefins that provides high slip at low dosage levels. It offers mold & torque release, scuff- & scratch resistance, good oxidative stability and excellent heat stability.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It disperses evenly through the polymer in the melt phase and migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer that reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.</li>
<li>Optislip™ ER (Bead) is suitable for PVC, polyamide, EVA, TPE and polyolefin applications.</li>
<li>Recommended addition level is 500-2000 ppm for films and 0.2-1.0% for molding applications.</li>

<li> It is stable in applications exposed to UV light. </li>
<li> It provides low visible bloom, scuff resistance and mold- & torque release properties. </li>
<li> It is suitable for polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE), polypropylene (PP) and all polyolefins applications. </li>
<li> The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.25% for film grades, 0.2-0.5% for injection molding grades and upto 1% for compression molding grades. </li>
