ST-MCA-H

ST-MCA-H by CAI Performance Additives is a high-activity melamine cyanurate-based, halogen-free flame retardant for unfilled PA6 and PA66. It is optimized for superior dispersion in polyamides and mechanical property retention. Offers easier color matching and lower compound density. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> Its nitrogen-rich structure provides effective flame suppression through endothermic heat absorption, gas-phase nitrogen release, and stable char formation, resulting in reliable flame retardancy without heavy-metal synergists.</li><li> Its lower dosage helps maintain toughness, reduces the risk of blooming or migration, and improves overall compound competitiveness in demanding electrical and electronic applications.</li><li> ST-MCA-H achieves UL-94 V-0 ratings at 0.8 mm, 1.6 mm, and 3.0 mm thicknesses at typical loadings of 5% in PA6 and 4% in PA66.</li></ul>
