PLASBLAK® PE4470 by Cabot is a P-type carbon black pigment masterbatch with LDPE as a carrier resin. It offers high dispersion quality, high level of weathering performance and thermal stability. It is compatible with LLDPE, HDPE, PP and ethylene copolymers. It is used in extrusion applications such as cable sheathing. It is suitable for plastic applications that come in contact with food. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It has an additional rate of 3-7%. PLASBLAK® PE4470 has a shelf life of 1 year. PLASBLAK® PS6310 by Cabot is a polystyrene (PS) carrier-based black masterbatch containing carbon black. It exhibits low surface activity to reduce interference with other additives to deliver more optimal performance.<br>

It is designed for use in food packaging film applications, including milk packaging film where high chemical purity is required. It is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP and ethylene copolymers. It is suitable for plastic applications that come in contact with food. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. PLASBLAK® PE6092 has an additional dosage of 5% in masterbatch. PLASBLAK® UN2019 Black Masterbatch by Cabot is a carbon black masterbatch. It provides coloration, surface smoothness, dispersibility and mechanical strength. PLASBLAK® UN2019 Black Masterbatch is compatible with PS, ABS, SAN, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PVC and PP. Also suitable for use in a molded parts for industrial applications and consumer products (non-conductive) that come into contact with food. PLASBLAK® PS4256 by Cabot is a carbon black pigment masterbatch with PS as carrier resin. It is compatible with PS, HIPS, ABS and SAN. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It is applicable in a wide range of applications including injection molding, sheet extrusion, vacuum forming processes, compounding and recycling. It is used in gardening products and household wares. It is suitable for plastics that come into contact with food. The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. It has an additional dosage of 3-4% of masterbatch. PLASBLAK® PS4256 has a shelf life of 1 year. PLASBLAK® PE1371 by Cabot is a P-type carbon black pigment masterbatch with LDPE as carrier polymer. It is compatible with LLDPE, HDPE, PP and ethylene copolymers. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It is suitable for high quality packaging film and agricultural film, requiring maximum protection against UV light degradation. It is also applicable in general extrusion, molding and cable sheathing applications as well as for plastics that come into contact with food. The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. It has an addition rate of 2% to 7%. PLASBLAK® PE1371 has a shelf life of 1 year. PLASBLAK® SA3176 by Cabot is a jet carbon black pigment masterbatch with SAN as polymer carrier. It is compatible with ABS and PS. It retains good physical properties in the colored articles. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It is specially designed for coloring ABS, SAN and PS in applications such as packing materials (boxes, lids, etc.), electronic equipment cases (cassettes, VCRs, etc.), radios, televisions and other domestic appliances as well as for plastics that come into contact with food. The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. It has a addition level of 2-3% of masterbatch. PLASBLAK® SA3176 has a shelf life of 6 months. PLASBLAK® PE2813 by Cabot is a carbon black pigment masterbatch with LDPE as a carrier resin. It is uniquely manufactured, based on a furnace process carbon black. It provides a superior alternative to imported, gas-fired channel black-based masterbatches. It surpasses channel black-based masterbatches in color, dispersion quality and performance. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It offers a good level of jetness and blue undertone expected in good quality plastic packaging together. It has an addition rate of 2-8% depending on the thickness, required coloration and required opacity. PLASBLAK® PE2813 has a shelf life of 1 year. PLASBLAK® UN2010 by Cabot is a jet carbon black pigment masterbatch. It is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, SAN and PS. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It can be used in compounding and injection molding applications and will retain good physical properties in the colored articles. It can also be used for plastics that come into contact with food. The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. It has an addition level of 1-2% of masterbatch. PLASBLAK® UN2010 has a shelf life of 1 year.
