Statex 300 by Birla Carbon is a conductive carbon black pigment. Exhibits medium color, optimum performance in jet-ness, undertone, tint, gloss, stability, and rheology. Offers better pre-wetting of black, removal of the bulk of entrained air, initiation of the dispersion process, more uniform initial viscosities which provide for optimum shearing, faster and more complete dispersion on the mill, less “puffiness” of mill paste due to entrained air and reduced degradation of vehicles oversensitive to oxidation and polymerization. Statex 300 is designed for use in engineering plastics, masterbatches and PVC compounds. Statex 125 by Birla Carbon is a conductive carbon black grade.
