Plasticyl™ LDPE2001 by Birla Carbon is a low viscosity and high-flow multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) thermoplastic concentrate. It is a conductive masterbatch based on low-density polyethylene (LDPE). It offers excellent electrical conductivity at low loadings, easy processing and good retention of mechanical properties. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes. It is used for electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrically conductive parts, electrical and electronic (E&E) components, automotive and industrial applications, and packaging or containers. Plasticyl™ HIPS1001 by Birla Carbon is a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) thermoplastic concentrate. It is a conductive masterbatch based on high-impact polystyrene. Its low viscosity and high-flow formulation make it suitable for standard injection molding and extrusion processes. It offers excellent electrical conductivity at low loadings, easy processing and good retention of mechanical properties. Plasticyl™ HIPS1001 is used for electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrically conductive parts, electrical and electronic (E&E) components, industrial applications, and electronic packaging. Plasticyl™ ABS1501 by Birla Carbon is a conductive masterbatch based on ABS resin loaded with 15% of multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT). It provides high-flow, excellent electrical conductivity at low loadings, easy processing and good retention of mechanical properties. It is ideal for injection molding and extrusion processes. Plasticyl™ ABS1501 is used for electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrically conductive parts, electrical and electronic (E&E) components, industrial applications and electrostatic painting of automotive parts. Plasticyl™ PETG1001 by Birla Carbon is a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) thermoplastic concentrate. It is a conductive masterbatch based on PETG resin. It offers high-flow, excellent electrical conductivity at low loadings, easy processing and good retention of mechanical properties. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes. Plasticyl™ PETG1001 is used in electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrically conductive parts, electrical and electronic components (high cleanliness) and industrial applications. Plasticyl™ PVC1001 by Birla Carbon is a conductive masterbatch based on plasticized PVC (polyvinyl chloride) with 10wt% NC7000. It offers excellent electrical conductivity at low loadings, easy processing and good retention of mechanical properties. It is a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) thermoplastic concentrate designed for applications requiring electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties. Plasticyl™ PVC1001 is used for producing PVC antistatic compounds, rigid or soft depending on the dilution resin.
