Epocyl™ 128-05 by Birla Carbon is a high-performance masterbatch formulated on a liquid Bisphenol-A (Bis-A) epoxy resin and loaded with Nanocyl’s multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) NC7000™.<br>

<li> Epocyl™ 128-05 is recommended for conductive primers.</li></ul> Epocyl™ 128-06 by Birla Carbon is a liquid bisphenol-A (Bis-A) epoxy resin loaded with Nanocyl’s multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) NC7000™. It is specifically developed to enhance mechanical properties (in particular delamination resistance) of fiber reinforced composite materials.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> Provides easy integration and great flexibility new multifunctional materials.</li>
<li> Offers improved fracture toughness initiation (G1C) with no reduction of Tg.</li>
<li> It also offers better thermal dissipation and minimizes hot spots.</li>
<li> Promotes homogeneous heat distribution during curing and surface defects.</li>
<li> It has better surface finishing and thermal cycle resistance.</li>
<li> It can be cured or cross-linked with different types of curing agents depending on the properties desired in the final composite.</li>
<li> Epocyl™ 128-06 is recommended for automotive (bumpers and other structural parts), industrial parts (rollers, doctor-blades and wind-mill blades) and pipeline repair applications.</li>
<li> It is also suitable for sporting equipment's such as bike frames, hockey sticks, tennis rackets, skis and golf shafts.</li>
<li> It is used in marine applications, especially sailing boats, structural outer shell in carbon fiber composite, masts and other generic structural parts.</li></ul>
