Pluracol® TP2540

Pluracol® TP2540 by BASF is tri-functional polyether polyol. Formed by adding propylene oxide to trimethylol propane nucleus. It is used in flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. Pluracol® TP2540 may be used in the preparation of prepolymers as cross-linking agents or as polyol reactants in one-shot systems.

It provides a consistent processing profile on trough and fall plate machines. Pluracol® 1388 is capable of producing a broad range of flexible slabstock polyurethane foams for furniture, bedding and carpet underlay applications.

Pluracol® 736

Pluracol® 736 by BASF is aromatic initiator-based polyol. It has good compatibility with common foam ingredients and improves the processability of low density foam formulations. It can be used in a variety of rigid foam formulations. This polyol can be reacted with crude MDI, crude TDI or TDI quasi-prepolymers. Pluracol® 736 can be utilized for foaming building and door panels, refrigerators and freezers, and other insulating products such as portable ice chests and water coolers.
