Pluracol® 538 by BASF is less reactive triol. Designed for the manufacture of high resiliency molded foams, one-shot semi-flexible- and microcellular foams. HR foams made with Pluracol® 538 in combination with graft polyols, such as Pluracol® 973, process well and are easily crushed. Pluracol® 1062 by BASF is a high molecular weight, primary hydroxyl terminated diol. It is used in the manufacture of polyurethane shoe soles, elastomers and a variety of sealants & elastomers. Pluracol® 1016 by BASF is a modifying polyol. It is a highly reactive, amine initiated, triol of low equivalent weight with built-in catalytic activity.<br>

<li> This grade can be used in a wide variety of rigid foam applications and can be formulated using crude MDI, crude TDI, or TDI quasi-prepolymers.</li>
<li> Recommended for foaming insulated panels, refrigerators, coolers, doors or decorative moldings by either pour-in-place or frothing techniques.</li>
<li> Pluracol® 1016 is not recommended for quasi-prepolymer preparations or as the sole polyol component in the preparation of foams.</li></ul> Pluracol® TP2540 by BASF is tri-functional polyether polyol. Formed by adding propylene oxide to trimethylol propane nucleus. It is used in flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. Pluracol® TP2540 may be used in the preparation of prepolymers as cross-linking agents or as polyol reactants in one-shot systems. Pluracol® 1388 by BASF is polyether triol. It has been formulated with a low volatile inhibitor package designed for either conventional curing or mechanical forced air curing. It provides a consistent processing profile on trough and fall plate machines. Pluracol® 1388 is capable of producing a broad range of flexible slabstock polyurethane foams for furniture, bedding and carpet underlay applications. Pluracol® TPE 4542 by BASF is polyether triol. It has moderately high molecular weight. Pluracol® TPE 4542 is used in polyurethane flexible integral skin foam and cold-cured foam applications. Pluracol® 1026 by BASF is a high molecular weight triol polyol. It is less reactive, process well and is easily crushed. Pluracol® 1026 is recommended for the manufacturing of high resiliency molded foams. Pluracol® 736 by BASF is aromatic initiator-based polyol. It has good compatibility with common foam ingredients and improves the processability of low density foam formulations. It can be used in a variety of rigid foam formulations. This polyol can be reacted with crude MDI, crude TDI or TDI quasi-prepolymers. Pluracol® 736 can be utilized for foaming building and door panels, refrigerators and freezers, and other insulating products such as portable ice chests and water coolers. Pluracol® 816 by BASF is a high molecular weight triol. It offers good processability even in low density and high water formulations, when used in combination with graft polyols. Pluracol® 816 is developed for the manufacture of high resiliency molded foams, one-shot semi-flexible- and microcellular foams. Recommended for automotive seating applications. Pluracol® 1477 by BASF is ethylene oxide terminated diol. It has a nominal 2000 molecular weight. Pluracol® 1477 is recommended for specialty polyether applications.
