Baerlocher establishes new company for European additives operations

The Baerlocher Group announces a significant organizational restructuring within the Group. Effective 1 July 2026, the operational business of the current Baerlocher GmbH will be transferred to an independent entity.
This company will operate as Baerlocher Germany GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Lingen (Germany), and will be responsible for business in Europe. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baerlocher GmbH, which will focus on its holding function.
