Plastistrength® 770 by Arkema is a lubricating acrylic processing aid that brings enhanced processability for vinyl compounds. Provides very good lubricity and metal release properties to vinyl formulations while imparting high optical properties and surface quality to the end products and retaining printability.<br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It replaces external lubricants by providing efficient antisticking effect without any plate-out issue. </li>
<li>It is a premium solution to improve the surface quality of finished articles and prevent plate-out issues. </li>
<li>Recommended for PVC and CPVC applications where good metal release from process equipment is required such as high-speed extrusion, calendering, injection molding and blow molding.</li>
<li>Plastistrength® 770 is commonly used in PVC formulations for food or pharmaceutical packaging.</li></ul> Plastistrength® 552 by Arkema is a high molecular weight acrylic polymer. Acts as a processing aid. Provides strong entanglements and higher melt shear process, thus allowing for more homogenous blends and finer blend morphology. Plastistrength® 552 is compatible with blends of polycarbonate and styrenics such as PC/ASA, PC/SAN or PC/ABS. During injection molding, it controls dimensional melt flow and eliminates gate blush, jetting or any "sharkskin" defects that may be introduced by pigments or other polymeric additives. Plastistrength® 550 by Arkema is a medium molecular-weight acrylic processing aid. Provides enhanced processability to most rigid and flexible vinyl compounds where better physical properties are desired. <br>

<li>It imparts good hot melt strength to vinyl formulations during processing while minimizing die swell.</li>
<li>It is widely used in exterior PVC building products where good weathering performance is critical.</li>
<li>Suitable for window profile, siding, pipe, automotive interior trim parts, injection molded articles, calendered sheet, blow-molded bottles and where enhanced fusion and processability are required. </li>
<li>Plastistrength® 550 is commonly used in PVC formulations for food or pharmaceutical packaging.</li></ul> Plastistrength® L1000 by Arkema is a highly-efficient acrylic lubricant. It offers very good lubricity and virtually eliminates sticking to hot metal surfaces at normal and elevated processing temperatures. It gives excellent benefits to PVC compounders and processors. It provides very good metal release characteristics.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It shows little effect on clarity, heat stability, chemical resistance and physical properties, because of its high efficiency. </li>
<li>It is used at very low levels which allows excellent control over clarity, with no adverse effect on end product weatherability. </li>
<li>Plastistrength® L1000 is used for calendering, blow molding, and extrusion applications. </li></ul> Plastistrength® 559 by Arkema is a medium-high molecular weight acrylic processing aid. Provides enhanced fusion and melt strength.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Used in both compact and foamed sheets.</li>
<li>Suitable for all PVC profiles and sheets produced by extrusion, especially when stabilized through Ca/ Zn (calcium/ zinc) systems.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage of Plastistrength® 559 is between 0.5 and 1.5 phr (except in foam where it is from 6 to 10 phr).</li></ul> Plastistrength® 564 by Arkema is a very high molecular weight acrylic
processing aid. It provides very high melt strength and optimum PVC (polyvinyl chloride) fusion promotion effect.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>This allows for better dispersion of filler particles within PVC matrix, which improves mechanical properties as well as surface finish quality.</li>
<li>Plastistrength® 564 is recommended for vinyl sidings, windowsills, wall panels, pipes and other kinds of high filler content PVC applications.</li></ul> Plastistrength® 576 by Arkema is an advanced high molecular weight acrylic processing aid. Exhibits outstanding melt strength, excellent melt elongation, wide processing window, and enhanced fusion promotion in highly filled compounds. Offers reduced vinyl yellowing, increased stability, energy cost reduction and prolonged tooling life. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It has the ability to operate effectively at lower processing temperatures allowing quicker downstream cooling and offering potential for line-speed
increases. </li>
<li>Plastistrength® 576 can be used with incumbent chemical foaming agent (CFA) or provides opportunity for further CFA optimization. </li>
<li>It is used in PVC foam applications. </li></ul> Plastistrength® 566 by Arkema is a unique ultra-high molecular weight
acrylic processing aid. Provides ultra-high melt strength combined with
excellent foam density, cellular structure and surface finish to vinyl foam formulations. Plastistrength® 566 is recommended for PVC foam profiles and foam core pipes. Plastistrength® 379 by Arkema is a high molecular weight acrylic processing aid. It provides the melt strength required to lower density, maintain consistent cellular structure in vinyl foam formulations and rheology for foamed profile extrusion and thin foamed sheet applications. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It allows dosage reduction as high as 20% versus traditional foam process aid technology. </li>
<li>Plastistrength® 379 is suitable for PVC foam profiles and celuka processes for foamed profiles like molding, foam core pipe extrusion. </li></ul> Plastistrength® 551 by Arkema is a medium molecular weight acrylic processing aid for rigid and flexible vinyl compounds. It imparts excellent melt strength to vinyl formulation during processing. Generates even control over fusion at reduced use levels for ease of processing and maximum development of physical properties. Used in vinyl siding, profile, pipe & fittings, calendered sheet, blow molded bottles and exterior PVC building products. Plastistrength® 551 is commonly used in PVC formulations for food or pharmaceutical packaging.
