Plastistrength® 770 by Arkema is a lubricating acrylic processing aid that brings enhanced processability for vinyl compounds. Provides very good lubricity and metal release properties to vinyl formulations while imparting high optical properties and surface quality to the end products and retaining printability.<br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It replaces external lubricants by providing efficient antisticking effect without any plate-out issue. </li> <li>It is a premium solution to improve the surface quality of finished articles and prevent plate-out issues. </li> <li>Recommended for PVC and CPVC applications where good metal release from process equipment is required such as high-speed extrusion, calendering, injection molding and blow molding.</li> <li>Plastistrength® 770 is commonly used in PVC formulations for food or pharmaceutical packaging.</li></ul>

Plastistrength® 552

Plastistrength® 552 by Arkema is a high molecular weight acrylic polymer. Acts as a processing aid. Provides strong entanglements and higher melt shear process, thus allowing for more homogenous blends and finer blend morphology. Plastistrength® 552 is compatible with blends of polycarbonate and styrenics such as PC/ASA, PC/SAN or PC/ABS. During injection molding, it controls dimensional melt flow and eliminates gate blush, jetting or any "sharkskin" defects that may be introduced by pigments or other polymeric additives.

Plastistrength® L1000

Plastistrength® L1000 by Arkema is a highly-efficient acrylic lubricant. It offers very good lubricity and virtually eliminates sticking to hot metal surfaces at normal and elevated processing temperatures. It gives excellent benefits to PVC compounders and processors. It provides very good metal release characteristics.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It shows little effect on clarity, heat stability, chemical resistance and physical properties, because of its high efficiency. </li> <li>It is used at very low levels which allows excellent control over clarity, with no adverse effect on end product weatherability. </li> <li>Plastistrength® L1000 is used for calendering, blow molding, and extrusion applications. </li></ul>

Provides enhanced fusion and melt strength.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Used in both compact and foamed sheets.</li> <li>Suitable for all PVC profiles and sheets produced by extrusion, especially when stabilized through Ca/ Zn (calcium/ zinc) systems.</li> <li>Recommended dosage of Plastistrength® 559 is between 0.5 and 1.5 phr (except in foam where it is from 6 to 10 phr).</li></ul>
