AHA E1803 by A.H.A is a LDPE (Low-density polyethylene). It acts as a glossing- and pigment dispersing agent. AHA E1803 improves surface fineness and reduces defective index. Use level is 1-8 % for SMC (sheet molding compound), BMC (bulk molding compound), DMC (dough molding compound) and RTM (resin transfer molding) & 1-5 % for pultrusion. Recommended usage level is 2-5% based on total formulation. AHA Mp21 by A.H.A is MA –g-PP (maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene). It acts as a coupling agent and compatibilizer. Used in processing of PP and PA polymers. Use level is 2.5-10% based on total PP resin formulation. AHA Mp22 by A.H.A is MA –g-PP (maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene). It acts as a coupling agent and compatibilizer. Used in processing of PP and PA polymers. Offers higher grafting ratio & MFI. Use level is 2.5-10% based on total PP resin formulation. AHA Me12 by A.H.A is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (MA –g-HDPE). It acts as a coupling agent. Offers higher grafting ratio and increased toughness. Used in wood-plastic composites (WPC). Recommended usage level is 2-5% based on total formulation.
