Dynamar™ FX 5920A by 3M is a free-flowing, fluoropolymer processing aid. It improves extrusion processing of polyolefin resins and reduces or eliminates melt fracture. It reduces or eliminates die build-up and lowers apparent melt viscosity.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>This additive is ideal for use in polyolefin resins containing silica based antiblocking agents, titanium dioxide-based pigments and other inorganic additives.</li> <li>It exhibits exceptional commercial utility in low melt index film LLPDE and HDPE.</li> <li>This additive offers performance and cost advantages.</li> <li>It is used in low-density polyethylene (LDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and other polyolefin resins.</li> <li>It produces films and other articles of improved strength and quality.</li><li>It reduces or eliminates melt fracture and can reduce extruder torque.</li><li>It allows for an increase in output and produce films with enhanced and balanced bi-directional physical properties and improved clarity and gloss.</li><li>The typical usage level is 400-1000 ppm.</li> <li>It is FDA approved.</li> <li>Dynamar™ FX 5920A has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul>

Dynamar™ FX 5911

Dynamar™ FX 5911 by 3M is fluoropolymer-based processing aid. It improves extrusion processing of polyolefins and other thermoplastic resins, and can offer performance and cost benefits in a wide range of polymers. It is particularly useful at low levels in reducing extruder die build-up. This additive shows excellent thermal stability for high temperature processing. It is ideal for use in high viscosity, high molecular weight polyolefins. Dynamar™ FX 5911 lowers apparent melt viscosity and speeds colorant change. Also, reduces or eliminates melt fracture and can reduce extruder torque. It is used in LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE and PP. It is suitable for film, pipe and blow molding processes. This product allows for longer defect-free run times and improved gauge uniformity in cast film, BOPP processes and reduced fiber breakage in monofilament and fiber processes. Recommended for bottles, pipes and other HMW-HDPE articles with improved surface finish and quality. The typical usage level is 200-1000 ppm. It is FDA approved. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
