HiPer-tex™ B15 by 3B is glass fiber roving. It is compatible with phenolic or unsaturated polyester resin systems. It consists of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. It provides good thermal- and corrosion resistance. It allows fast wet-out in prepregs manufacturing and compression molding. HiPer-tex™ B15 is used in spall liners applications as well as in small arm ammunitions to high caliber ballistics protections. Recommended for use in composites which are used in making semi-finished products which are further used for various applications such as wind mill blades, marine & transportation. It complies with military standard MIL-DTL-64154B class B code 2. HiPer-tex™ W2020 by 3B is glass fiber roving. It is compatible with epoxide resin. It consists of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. It is corrosion-, hydrolysis- and thermal resistant and imparts high fatigue performances to composites parts. It leads to superior interfiber and interlaminar shear strengths as well as dynamic performances. It is perfectly suited for the production of high modulus non crimped glass fabrics and prepregs. HiPer-tex™ W2020 is approved by Germanischer Lloyd for the use in wind turbine rotor blades. HiPer-tex™ H10 by 3B is glass fiber roving. It is compatible with epoxide resin. It consists of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. It is corrosion- and thermal resistant and imparts high fatigue performances to composites parts. It is designed for filament winding process. HiPer-tex™ H10 is used for the manufacturing of compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinders that meet UN ECE R110 regulation. HiPer-tex™ M20 by 3B is glass fiber roving. It is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxide resin. It provides good thermal- and corrosion resistance. It consists of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. HiPer-tex™ M20 is used in the manufacturing of skies and sports goods. Recommended for use in composites which are used in making semi-finished products which are further used for various applications such as wind mill blades, marine, transportation, etc. Its fabrics are approved to Lloyds register for use in marine equipment.
