Advantex® CM 6060 by 3B is glass fiber. It is compatible with unsaturated thermoset matrices like unfilled or fi¬lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy resin systems. It is bonded with a silane coupling agent. Advantex® CM 6060 is used to make non-woven mat which is ideally suited for pultrusion processes for wide, long and heavy parts but as well for narrow and complex pro¬files. It possesses excellent mechanical properties combined with good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like the electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation and automotive industries, infrastructures equipments. Advantex® DS 8165-10P by 3B is glass fiber chopped strand. It is designed to reinforce high temperature thermoplastics, such as PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI & PEEK. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, especially stiffness and high heat stability. Also, offers an excellent dispersion in a large range of resin viscosities, even at high glass fibre loading (>55%). Advantex® DS 8165-10P displays excellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation. It is designed for a wide range of applications in automotive (gears, bearing cages & thrust washers), mechanical engineering (rings, wheels, impellers, flow meter parts & pump components), electronics (chip carrier, USB connectors, sockets & trails) and aerospace (gear parts). Advantex® DS 8800-11P by 3B is boron- and fluoride free glass fiber chopped strand, reinforcing agent. It exhibits heat-, aging-, hydrolysis- and glycolysis resistance. Also, displays dry-as-molded properties, excellent stiffness, heat stability, feeding behavior and very limited fuzz generation. Advantex® DS 8800-11P allows usage at very high glass fiber loadings (>55%). It is used for high temperature thermoplastics such as PSU, PESU, PPS, PEI and PEEK. Applications include automotive (gears, bearing cages & thrust washers), mechanical engineering (rings, wheels, impellers, flow meter parts & pump components) and aerospace (gear parts) industry. It complies with FDA, EC 10/2011 and relative amendments in their more restrictive application after 31.12.2015, BfR LII and ACS norms. Advantex® M8630 by 3B is glass fiber. It is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. It is bonded with a silane coupling agent. It is used to make non-woven mat which is ideally suited for injection molding RTM and S-RIM processes. Advantex® M8630 is recommended for compression molding and infusion. It possesses excellent mechanical properties combined with good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like the electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation & automotive industries, infrastructures equipments. Advantex® M8610 by 3B is glass fiber. It is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl, ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. It is bonded with a silane coupling agent. It is used to make non-woven mat which is ideally suited for injection molding RTM and S-RIM processes. Advantex® M8610 is recommended for compression molding and infusion. It possesses excellent mechanical properties combined with good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like the electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation & automotive industries and infrastructures equipments. Advantex® SE 1200 by 3B is glass fiber roving. It is compatible with polyester, thermoset, vinylester & epoxides. It consists of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. It is corrosion resistant and also allows high transmission of UV light. It is specifically designed for knitting- and weaving process. It is used for rehabilitation of sewer pipes by cure in place technologies. Advantex® SE 1200 is recommended for use in composites which are used in making semi-finished products which are further used for various applications such as wind mill blades due to its high fatigue performance, marine and transportation. Advantex® SE 2020 by 3B is glass fiber roving. It is compatible with epoxides. It consists of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. It is corrosion resistant and imparts high fatigue performances to composites parts. Advantex® SE 2020 provides superior inter fiber strength and interlaminar shear. It is specifically designed for the production of non crimped fabrics. It can be used in prepreg and filament winding process. It is approved by Germanischer Lloyd for the use in wind turbine rotor blades. Advantex® 183F-14C by 3B is glass fiber chopped strand. It is designed to reinforce PBT, ABS, ABS blends (with PC, PBT, PET) and styrenics. This product exhibits outstanding dry mechanical properties and high impact resistance. It improves tensile- and flexural resistance as well as also provides dimensional stability. The versatile sizing also gives an excellent color in natural compounds and is suitable with flame retardant formulations. Advantex® 183F-14C offers excellent dispersion, feeding properties with very low fuzz generation. It is designed for applications in automotive (structural components & dashboard parts), E& E (household appliances, power tool parts,etc.), housing and IT equipments (printer, chassis, covers etc). Advantex® CS 122Y-14P by 3B is glass fiber chopped strand. It is designed to reinforce polycarbonate compounds & blends, polyphenylene oxide PPO or polyphelylene ether PPE resins where specific adhesion with the thermoplastic resin is required (glass fiber loading > 15%). This additive exhibits excellent color and feeding properties with very low fuzz generation. Advantex® CS 122Y-14P offers an excellent compromise between high dry as molded performances and white color. It is used in broad range of applications electronics (connectors & appliances), telecommunications & IT equipments (keyboards & frames) and consumer goods (light parts). Advantex® DS 2200-13P by 3B is glass fiber chopped strand. It is designed to reinforce polypropylene and polyethylene resins. Advantex® DS 2200-13P offers outstanding stiffness/impact balance, excellent dispersion capability as well as superior long-term heat- and fatigue resistance. Reinforced materials used as substitute of metal or other reinforced thermoplastics in automotive components (including under the bonnet parts) and appliances.
