2-[1-(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-pentylphenyl)ethyl]-4,6-di-tert-pentylphenyl acrylate. Acts as anti-oxidant. It belongs to biphenol monoacrylic ester class. Possesses an excellent anti-oxidant effect with heat resistance effect at high temperature during polymer processing. ZIKANOX-549 gives particular efficacy in minimizing the formation of gels and fish eyes during extrusion. It shows high performance for preventing thermal aging and discoloration for various synthetic resin especially for diene polymer. Used for various kinds of polymer such as polyolefin(PP, PP fiber, HDPE, etc.), ABS, Clear IPS, SBS, SIS, SBC, PMMA, TPE and synthetic fiber.
