Therm-Chek® 845

Therm-Chek® 845 by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is a tin stabilizer. It is non-sulfur staining, non-lubricating and will not cross-stain during compounding in the presence of lead, cadmium or other metals that form sulfides. It is recommended for rigid PVC extrusions and injection molded applications including pipe, siding, sheet, molded fittings and bottles.

• It may be used in both clear and pigmented applications.
• It is also recommended for flexible PVC formulations because of its excellent compatibility with all types of PVC copolymers and resin modifiers, as well as, with both phthalate and phosphate plasticizers.
• Combination of Therm-Chek® 845 with epoxy compounds shows synergistic heat stability.
