CASAMOD™ 650 by Thomas Swan is a polar modifier and randomizer based on 2,2-Di(tetrahydrofuryl) propane (DTHFP). It is used in synthetic rubber industry to enable the production of ultra-high performance polymers with enhanced functional properties.

- It is suitable for the production of solution styrene butadiene rubber (sSBR) to control the microstructure of the polymer, offering high vinyl content and even distribution of styrene.
