SWARCOFORCE 1-100 by Swarco is a high-grade glass bead filler made from melted soda-lime glass cullet. It contributes to improving the properties like physical, optical and mechanical of plastics and resins. It impacts the properties of the end product including fluidity, tensile strength, color, surface gloss, light diffusion, abrasion-, impact- and scratch resistance. It uses high-quality industrial glass (post-industrial waste).
  • It reduces sink marks in plastic processing and improves warping and shrinking properties of thermoplastics.
  • It is suitable for processing by compounding and injection molding.
  • It is used in technical components, interior and exterior automotive parts, and 3D printed materials applications.
  • It has a shelf life of 6 months.
