TPT HL

TPT HL by Sonali Group is talc base filler. It improves tensile strength, translucence, and provides an anti-blocking effect. It reduces fibrillation and splitting tendency on tapes under mechanical stress, lowers cost, improves printability and rigidity, and imparts slip properties.

• It is used to enhance the properties of manufactured products.
• It also enhances tear resistance and increases the output.
• It is suitable for blown film extrusion, blow molding and lamination.
• TPT HL also imparts a paper-like feel with a crackling sound.
• It is designed for raffia, PP bags, transparent and construction film, including monolayer & multilayer film.
• It is available with polymer content ranging from 15% to 30%.
• The recommended dosage ranges are 10–30% for blown film, 5–25% for raffia/PP bags, 15–30% for transparent and construction film, 5–15% for lamination, blow and injection molding.
