Lumilux® effect blue SN-F by Solstice Advanced Materials has chemical composition of alkaline earth silicate. It gives green fluorescence when it is excited by white light and UV radiations. It is insoluble in water, alkalies, organic solvents and decomposed by acids. It is usable for thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics, enamel, ceramics. Lumilux® effect blue SN-F mainly used in afterglow plastic sheets injection moulding. It is permitted by the European norm EN 71-3: safety of toys - part 3: migration of certain elements.
