SILMAPROCESS AA1654 by Silma functions as a lubricant and helping process for Polyamide 6 and 6.6 during processes such as injection molding and extrusion of final parts or in compounding. It is a highly concentrated masterbatch containing 50% of molybdenum disulfide technical fine grade on polyamide 6 resin. It can be used as a molding release to improve smoothness during extrusion processes, the dimensional stability of the final profile, the crystalline structure of the material and enhances the wear resistance.
