Cristobalite. Acts as an antiblocking agent. Produced from high purity quartz feedstock. Exhibits superior haze, gloss and clarity without diminishing critical structural or mechanical properties. Also reduces UV photo degradation and promotes longer life time. Recommended for agriculture, horticulture and packaging films. Compatible with polyolefin. Approved for food contact application by the European Communities Directive 2002/72/EC. Permits high loading rate of 60% by weight of masterbatch.
