NAUGARD® PS 3015 stabilizer blend

NAUGARD® PS 3015 stabilizer blend by SI Group is an anti-scorch package for polyols. It is a BHT free liquid thermal stabilizer for polyether and polyester flexible foams. This stabilizer is particularly suitable for reducing thermal scorch effects in flexible polyurethane manufacture. NAUGARD® PS 3015 stabilizer blend protects polymers during processing and long term aging. It exhibits low volatility, low viscosity, providing good protection against degradation due to heat and oxygen. It is readily soluble in polyols and provides an effective balance of phenolic and aminic antioxidants to minimize discoloration of products such as flexible foams. The shelf life of the product is one year.
