NAUGARD® PS-30 stabilizer

NAUGARD® PS-30 stabilizer by SI Group is butylated, octylated diphenylamine. This liquid antioxidant is used in polyether polyols to reduce scorch associated with flexible urethane foam production. It can be easily blended into polyols at ambient temperatures in less time compared to conventional solid stabilization systems. NAUGARD® PS-30 stabilizer is designed to be used in combination with phenolic and phosphite antioxidants to synergistically inhibit both physical and color scorch associated with flexible urethane foam production. It contains very low residual DPA content and is cost effective. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
