KBM 603 by Shin-Etsu is N-2(aminoethyl)3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. Used as a silane coupling agent for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, acryl, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate, nylon, urethane, PBT/PET, ABS, melamine, phenol, epoxy, polyimide, furan, sulfur-crosslinked EPM, polysulfide, nitrile-, neoprene-, butyl- and urethane rubber.
  • Offers adhesion between organic and inorganic materials.
  • Improves mechanical strength, moisture, heat- water-, chemical resistance and electrical properties.
  • KBM 603 is solvent free and is suitable for organic solvent- and water based system.
