HyMax® CA-01 by Shanghai Langyi Functional Materials is a novel, non-toxic, eco-friendly, VOC-free, polycarbodiimide waterborne crosslinking agent. It crosslinks with the resin containing carboxyl groups.
- It helps to improve water/chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and adhesiveness.
- It exhibits excellent dispersibility and crosslinking performance.
- It is odorless in use and has long pot life.
- It improves anti-hydrolysis resistance.
- It is applicable for aqueous polymer systems containing carboxyl groups such as water-based acrylic and polyurethane resins.
- It can reacts with carboxyl groups at room temperature and has optimal curing conditions are over 80°C.
- Its recommended dosage level is 3-7% by weight in water-based resins.
- HyMax® CA-01 has a shelf life of 6 months.
