HyMax® 210 by Shanghai Langyi Functional Materials is a novel, non-toxic, highly efficient polycarbodiimide-based anti-hydrolysis agent. It blocks the active terminal carboxyl group and reducing acid content. It repairs & crosslinks the damaged polyester molecular chain. It inhibits the deterioration of the mechanical properties of polyester materials due to hydrolysis and prolonging the service life of products.
  • It is odorless in process.
  • It exhibits good durability, high activity reacts with carboxyl group rapidly and high purity without isocyanate residue.
  • It is suitable for PBAT, polylactide (PLA), PBS, polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) and other biodegradable plastics.
  • It can reduce the viscosity drop during the process of PBAT and PLA, increases the initial tensile strength and significantly improves the hydrolysis resistance applications.
  • Its recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.0 phr.
  • HyMax® 210 has a shelf life of 1 year.
