HyMax® 1010 by Shanghai Langyi Functional Materials is highly efficient monomer carbodiimide-based anti-hydrolysis agent. It can effectively restrain the mechanical properties degradation of polyester materials (PET, PBT, TPE, PLA, PBAT), thermoplastics polyesterpolyurethane (TPU), millable urethane rubber and PA, caused by hydrolysis.
- It actives carboxyl-terminated end of the polyester and repairs the damaged polyester or polyurethane materials, thereby prolonging the service life of the products.
- It exhibits good durability, high activity reacts with carboxyl group rapidly and high purity without isocyanate residue.
- It employs advanced synthesis technology with better stability.
- It can significantly improves the anti-hydrolysis resistance (tensile strength, elongation) of PET and PBT.
- It can significantly improves the anti-hydrolysis resistance (tensile strength, elongation, melt viscosity) of biodegradable materials such as PLA and PBAT.
- It has high-efficiency anti-hydrolysis agent for PA, TPU, polyurethane elastomers and polyester polyols.
- Its recommended dosage level is s 0.5-2.0 phr.
- HyMax® 1010 has a shelf life of 1 year.
