Hopeflam HP1400 by Shanghai Hope-chem is a halogen-free, intumescent flame retardant containing phosphorus and nitrogen as main elements. It offers good thermal stability, water- and light aging resistance. Provides no precipitation, low smoke and non-toxicity. It plays an important role in the formation of carbon and expansion flame retardant. It can be used as a replacement of PC/ABS engine plastic with same function at a lower cost. Hopeflam HP1400 is used in polyolefins, glass fiber reinforce PP and PP which have requirements of high temperature and water solubility.
