LP-20 by Shandong Repolyfine Additives is a polymeric processing aid based on low molecular weight acrylic polymer resin. It accelerates fusion rate, increases productivity and decreases processing temperature. It provides better dispersion and more homogenous melt. It shows excellent clarity and surface quality. It is used in the processing of many rigid and flexible PVC products made by blow molding, calendering, extrusion and injection molding. LP-20 is suitable for PVC sheets, film, bottles, profiles, pipes and pipe fittings, etc. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
