sh_cenospheres PCS-U

sh_cenospheres PCS-U by sh minerals is aluminium silicate. Acts as a filler. It is easy to disperse and generate bearing ball-effects. It is pressure stable, free-flowing, inert, frost-proof, temperature-, thermic shocks-, chemical-resistant, free of odor, incombustible and dimensionally stable. Exhibits pressure-stability, also in case of higher shear forces, low water absorption, reducement of density and hence weight savings of end products, improvement of profitability due to reduction of the need for binders and resins, good flow characteristcs, improved head and noise protection, reduced shrinking, improved results of flexural strengths and impact strengths, increase of packing densities and bonding strengths. sh_cenospheres PCS-U is suitable for use in products made of polyester-, epoxid-, phenolic resin and polyurethane, light- SMC und –BMC, glass fiber (GRP) and PVC-plastisols.
