SARANOX® 042 by Sarex Chemicals is a phenol-free, hydroxylamine antioxidant. It is resistant to gas fuming fading and radiation. It captures carbon free radicals and stabilize peroxyl free radicals.
  • It improves whiteness and melting stability of polymer.
  • It has non-polar structure and exhibits excellent compatibility, synergistic effect and low volatility in polyolefin products.
  • It reduces the time of PE rotational molding to a certain extent.
  • It is used in the combination with hindered amine (HALS) and phosphite antioxidant.
  • Used in PP, PE, TPO and other polyolefin, especially film and fibre material and is suitable for plastics application.
  • The recommended usage level of SARANOX® 042 is 0.05-2%.
