RF UV-P by Richful is a benzotriazole class ultraviolet absorber. It provides ultraviolet protection in a wide variety of polymers. It hardly absorbs visible light and can effectively absorb ultraviolet light within the
range of 290-400nm. It provides non-color stain and suitable for colorless or light color products.
- It is used in polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, unsaturated resin, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, ABS-, epoxy- and fiber resin.
- It shows synergistic effect in combination with antioxidants and other light stabilizer.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5% in thin products, 0.05-0.2% in thick product.
- It has food contact approval for all PVC applications.
- RF UV-P has a shelf life of 12 months.
