RF TTDP by Richful is a phenolic-free and environmentally friendly liquid phosphite antioxidant. It has low volatility and good liquidity. It can prevent the discoloration of substrates during processing and post application. It is designed for various substrates such as polyolefins, PU, PVC, ABS, SBS, rubbers and lubricants.
- As a secondary antioxidant, it can protect the color stability and thermal stability of products during processing.
- When applied in PU foam, it can reduce the risk of core scorch and inhibit phenol yellowing and NOx yellowing.
- When used in PVC, it can provide processing stability and maintain the color stability and transparency of the products.
- Recommended dosage level of RF TTDP is 0.1-1.0wt%.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
