RF TDP by Richful is a phenolic-free and environmentally friendly liquid phosphite antioxidant. It can prevent the discoloration of substrates during processing and post application. It is designed for various substrates such as polyolefins, PU, PVC, ABS, rubbers and lubricants. As a secondary antioxidant, it can protect the color stability and thermal stability of products during processing.
- When applied in PU foam, it can reduce the risk of core scorch and inhibit phenol yellowing and NOx yellowing.
- It has low viscosity, good liquidity, good color retention and transparency properties.
- Recommended dosage level of RF TDP is 0.1-1.0wt%.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
