RF B5703 by Richful is a synergistic blend of liquid antioxidant. It offers non-discoloring, low volatility, extraction resistance and heat stability. It protects substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and long-term heat aging. It is designed for various substrates such as vulcanizates and elastomers in solution polymerization, including BR, SBR, NBR, CR, IR, SBS and SIS, as well as natural rubber.
- It is an effective stabilizer and anti-fatigue agent for elastomer and rubber compounds.
- It inhibits gel formation and shows synergistic effect with phosphite and light stabilizer.
- Recommended dosage level of RF B5703 is 0.1-3.0wt%.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
