Rhenopren® Asolvan

Rhenopren® Asolvan by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter in rubber compounds based on natural- and synthetic rubber such as NBR, CR, CSM and other specialty rubbers. It is not extracted by oil, benzene or plasticizer, so the swelling resistance of vulcanizates remains practically unaffected. It is suitable for soft nitrile rubber vulcanizates, fuel- and mineral oil-resistant goods such as rollers, fuel hoses and articles for food contact applications. Recommended dosage level is 5-30 phr and for foodstuff qualities maximum 20%, calculated on the finished article. Rhenopren® Asolvan has a shelf life of 3 years.
