Rhenocure® ZBOP/S

Rhenocure® ZBOP/S by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining specialty accelerator for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other diene rubbers for N-nitrosamine free curing. It exhibits high solubility and dispersion in all conventional rubber products. It demonstrates excellent reversion and heat aging resistance in NR, when used in optimum proportions. It gives a high degree of cross-linking in IR, IIR, NBR, SBR and natural rubber. Rhenocure® ZBOP/S is particularly suitable for colored, transparent or translucent compounds, as it shows excellent solubility and non-staining characteristics. It is used in combination with sulfenamide, thiazole, thiuram, carbamate and guanidine as a secondary accelerator in the sulfur vulcanization of rubber. It is suitable in injection-molded and extruded technical articles like profiles, hoses, sheeting and tank linings. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
