Aflux® 25

Aflux® 25 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter for compound-based on synthetic rubber. It also acts as lubricant for natural rubber. It improves the extrudability of compounds. It decreases the viscosity of rubber products resulting in an easier processing and faster compounding. It reduces mold fouling and sticking to the mixing units. It facilitates the de-molding of rubber vulcanizates. It enhances flow characteristics by providing higher IM speeds and volumes in injection molding process. Aflux® 25 is suitable for extrusion and is approved by FDA for molded and extruded goods. Recommended dosage level for IR, NR, SBR, NBR is 1-2 phr, for EVA/EAM, ACM,AU, BR, CM, CO/ECO, CR, CSM, HNBR is 2-4 phr, for EPDM is 2-5 phr and for IIR, BIIR/CIIR is 1-3 phr. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
