Aflux® 12 NS

Aflux® 12 NS by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter for compounds based on natural- and synthetic rubber. It reduces mixing time and avoids sticking of the compound to mixing units. It provides processing and calendaring improvement and better dispersion of ingredients for technical molded and extruded goods of all kinds. It improves flow properties of the rubber compound. It is used for transfer and injection molding. It facilitates the de-molding of vulcanizates and influences surface structure and dimensional stability. Recommended dosage level in NR, SBR, NBR, ACM, EPM and EPDM is 2-4 phr, BR is 2-3 phr and BIIR/CIIR is 1-3 phr. Aflux® 12 NS has a shelf life of 3 years.
