PE 30 H

PE 30 H by Polytechs is a masterbatch containing 30% of a specialty olefinic resin in a LDPE carrier. It increases the coefficient of friction between films or sheets of polyethylene. It creates a natural rough non-slip surface to films or sheets after production. Antislip effect is a great advantage to manufacturers of bags which are to be stacked on pallets, as it prevents the bags slipping off one another during packing or shipping.It is designed for the manufacture of heavy duty bags with non-slip surface. PE 30 H is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE & VLDPE. It can also be used with UV stabilizers. Typical addition rates are between 3 and 5% depending on desired effect. It is approved for contact with food as outlined by FDA and ECC legislation.
