EverGlide® MB1350 by Polymer Dynamix is a PFAS-free lubricant and processing aid masterbatch. It is compatible with polycarbonate (PC) polymer. It has unique technology based on ultra-high molecular weight silicone.
- It is cost effective & paintable grade which exhibits minimal effect on mechanicals.
- Offers low addition levels, easy to handle pellets, high thermal stability, wear and abrasion resistance.
- It can be used effectively at 0.2 to 2% for processing aid and 2 to 10% for lubricity.
- Benefits include lower coefficient of friction, reduced die build up, cycle time, processing temperatures & pressures and non-migratory.
- It balances internal and external lubricity in processing.
